The incident demonstrated the contempt this establishment has for its customers. Men and Women in America wishing to work in establishments serving alchohol are forced to become law enforcement officers acting to destroy community cohesion. In this incident the doorman acted outside the law and assaulted a guest who had done nothing wrong and posed no threat to the pub or any one in the community. The barbaric behaviour while not sanctioned by the law is caused by the law to the detriment of the community. Please protest this action by refusing to drink at the triple nickel pub in Portland Oregon and refusing to comply with rediculous laws that harm the community. Freedom is your power and it is people like these that have no respect for the community and are accomplices in violence and the destruction of civilised do no harm community. Cooperating with the them is aiding and abbetting in such acts of violence. Friends of the peppersprayed individual helped remove him from the vicinity as the police would have defended the triple nickel in it's violence. The only way to live in a free society is to refuse to cooperate with violent individuals and systems. Having returned to speak with the management the guest was fobbed off and the owner of the establishment named Dee failed to respond to the guest regarding the assault. The Triple Nickel Portland pub have demonstrated who they work for and it is not our do no harm community.

On the 18th of November 2007 a visitor to Portland, Oregon was repeatedly peper sprayed by the door man at the Triple Nickel bar in Portland, Oregon, USA. The guest was shot 3 times with a pepper spray directly in the eyes at a range of only one metre and suffered serious damage to his eyes. The incident occurred after the guest left the pub for 30 seconds looking for somewhere to buy some food. When he reetered the Triple Nickel pub the guest was harrassed for a government ID card by a male bar staff member with sholder length hair. Having only been outside for a moment and having already previousely proven his age at the bar the guest refused. The Triple Nickel door man reacted by physically dragging the visitor outside despite the visitor needing to retrieve his laptop computer which remained in the Portland triple nickel pub. Once outside, the Triple Nickel door man threatened the visitor with his pepper spray weapon. When the visitor asked, "why are you threatening me?" the Triple Nickel Portland doorman shot the guest repeatedly with the pepper spray weapon.
