Each 10x10 pixel square in the 'Sponsored Links' section costs only €15 and your image, link and ALT text will be displayed for a full 5 years. You can purchase as many squares as are available and your advertisement will be added as soon as we receive it. Please contact us first if you are in any doubt as to the suitability of your web site for display. By ordering advertising you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions:

* The minimum purchase is €15 for one 10x10 (100) pixel square. Please do not order in excess of the maximum remaining available squares. 
* Purchasing squares of pixels does not entitle you to ownership of any part of traveluzion.com. You will however be granted the right to submit an image, link and appropriate ALT text for each square or group of ad squares that we will then publish for you as a sponsored link on our home page. In addition 1 corresponding URL will be added to the 'I'm feeling Synced' feature for each of your 10x10 pixel squares. 
* No changes to images, links or title text are permitted after submission for any reason other than a complete change of web site theme, withdrawal of website or a legal dispute.
* Your advertisement will be displayed for 5 years from the date on which we publish your advertisement.
* No obscene/ offensive/ negative/ pornographic images will be accepted. Websites that promote negative or inappropriate material including  pornographic,  criminal, fraudulent or monopolistic sites will not be accepted. Traveluzion will be the sole and final judge as to the suitability of any website. If an image or website is deemed inappropriate you will be given an opportunity to submit an alternative but no refunds will be made.
*  If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the your web site to show inappropriate material then your advertisement will be removed and the space made available to the public.
* If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage let us know, however no refunds will be made and your space will be made publically available again.
* Websites that become inactive for what ever reason for a period greater than 30 days will forfeit the allocated space and alternative advertisers will be sort.
* Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels)
* Images must be in GIF, PNG or JPEG format, and of a reasonable file size.
* Images must NOT be animated. 
* We will endeavour to place your advertisement in your desired spot. However, in the event that someone else submits an order for those pixels before you we will publish your advertisement in the next available space. 
* Links must be to web pages only and begin with http:// or https://
* Do not submit images for which you do not hold the copyight. If a dispute arises you could loose your pixels.
* traveluzion.com is hosted on powerful and highly reliable servers so downtime is extremely unlikely. While we will make every effort to ensure that this website remains available should the internet or the traveluzion.com website become unavailable due to reasons outside of our control  no responsiblity can be accepted for downtime of the site and no refunds will be made in any case. 
* Advertising is subject to the agreement made in these terms and conditions which shall override anything written elsewhere. Were any dispute to arise it would be judged under a legislator of our choosing and compensation would  not exceed $1. The advertiser would be liable for all costs incurred by traveluzion.com or it's owmer. traveluzion.com or it's owner shall not be liable for any costs to the advertiser arising from any dispute or their use of this service. This service is provided 'as is' with no warranty of fitness for a particular use.  Should you be dissatisified with the service your sole and final remedy would be to cancel your advertisement without refund.
* You may reserve a space and inform us of the URL/ image and ALT text at a later date. However the 5 year advertiseing period will begin immediately when we mark your space as reserved.
* Your web site will be considered for review in our newsletter but this does not guarantee that it will be included.     
* We will aim to have your pixel advertisement displayed within 24 hours after receiving your advertisment. We will send you an email confirming your advertisement in online together with the location of your advertisment.
